2 Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on udintogel. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance. Information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. udintogel reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. All activity carried out through your account is your own responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately. udintogel is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Udintogel reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of platform abuse, fraud, attempted system manipulation, or breach of any stated terms. Where suspension is due to abuse, the account balance may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the udintogel support team. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the withdrawal conditions in effect at the time of the request.
3 User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the udintogel platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including manipulation of betting outcomes or misappropriation of payments
- Using credit card details or bank account information that does not belong to you for transactions on the platform
- Distributing or uploading content that is unlawful, threatening, or harassing to other users
- Attempting to hack, breach or interfere with the platform's security systems
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and udintogel reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
4 Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the udintogel platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Deposit Policy
Deposits successfully credited to an account cannot be reversed once the transaction has been processed. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method selected. udintogel is not liable for any charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name. Users may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal is approved. udintogel reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold until verification is complete if any suspicious activity is detected.
Withdrawal processing times range from a few minutes to 3 business days, depending on the chosen method and current conditions. Any unusual delays should be reported to our support team for further investigation.
